Scope and Contents
Records of the La Crosse Committee on Aging are divided into two major categories of administrative files and financial materials; within the series the files are listed alphabetically. Administrative materials include board of directors' files such as minutes (1964-1979; 1981-1988; 1990-1992) and a list of members (1966-1991).
Other administrative files include executive correspondence, legal documents, newsletters, and materials related to special events sponsored by the Committee.
Financial materials include audits (1974-1991), grant information, IRS correspondence, ledgers (1970-1992), treasurers' reports (1967-1991), correspondence and financial reporting to the United Way, and various tax documents.
