Abstract

Couleecap has published newsletters under at least five different titles since 1991; these five titles have been divided into five different groups in this collection, with issues of each title arranged chronologically.

The "CAPsules" title was used from 1991 until 2002, when the newsletter was retitled "Couleecap: Creating Opportunities, Changing Lives," which remained the active title until at least 2011.

In 2010, an electronic version of Couleecap's newsletter began, titled "Couleecap, Inc. e-newsletter." This title remains active as of 2013.

A secondary print publication titled "Community Concerns...from Couleecap" was introduced in 2007, remaining active as of 2013.

The "Coulee Community Land Trust Newsletter" was initially published by the Coulee Community Land Trust when it began in 2010, but was taken over by Couleecap in 2011 when Couleecap also took over administration of the Coulee Community Land Trust.
