A partial list of contents includes:

A form cover letter that would accompany stock certificates sent to purchasers, hand dated March 8, 1884;

A stock certificate of The Atlantic-Pacific Railway Tunnel Co., not issued to any individual, not dated, but signed by Pomeroy as president;

A stock certificate of The Atlantic-Pacific Railway Tunnel Co., written in as one share issued to Edna C. Wright, dated Sept. 14, 1888(?), signed by Pomeroy as president and A.S. Whitaker as secretary;

Typed letter on letterhead of Atlantic-Pacific Railway Tunnell Co. to Edna C. Wright thanking her and accompanying a stock certificate for one share in The Atlantic-Pacific Railway Tunnel Co., signed by M.M. Pomeroy;

A single-sided, newspaper-sized page mimicking "Brick Pomeroy's Democrat" dated March 27, 1886, in which Pomeroy seeks shareholder support to be elected director and president, advises stockholders of the Atlantic Pacific Tunnel Co. to send in certificates for share-for-share exchange with stock in the Atlantic Pacific Railway Tunnel Co., among other text;

A letter to Atlantic-Pacific Railway Tunnel Co. stockholders styled as a statement of the company dated Jan. 20, 1885, signed by A.S. Whitaker as vice president, encouraging additional purchases of shares at a discounted price;

A financial statement of the Atlantic-Pacific Railway Tunnel Co., covering "October 25th, 1880, to January 1st, 1885," dated Jan. 15, 1885;

A letter to stockholders dated May 18, 1896, making excuses for lack of progress and seeking money;

An undated text advertisement selling Atlantic-Pacific Railway Tunnel Co. first mortgage 8% bonds with stated value $250 for $225 each;

A typed letter or report dated June 27, 1889, from B.F. George in Colorado to M.M. Pomeroy in New York City, optimistic about the work;

A typed letter dated July 6, 1889, from Pomeroy to no individual named, referring to the letter from B.F. George and encouraging the purchase of more bonds;

Pages 26-29 of "Pomeroy's Advance Thought," September 1890, including promotional information and an illustration of the mountain/tunnel with some peaks identified, seeking money;

Letter to stockholders dated July 15, 1896, asking stockholders and bondholders to send 3% of their stock or bond values to protect the company's ownership of land in West Virginia;

Un-filled out form (circular?) with printed date 1896 mentioning that would accompany a payment of 3% of the value of Atlantic-Pacific Railway Tunnel Co. shares held, the money apparently being collected for use in relation to foreclosure sale costs and possible property purchase;

A circular dated Aug. 26, 1896, reporting on the state of the Atlantic-Pacific Railway Tunnel Co., saying previously lost properties have been recovered, recommending a reorganization of the company, recommending an auditing committee, and etc., recommending a slate of directors, including a financial statement Oct. 25, 1880-Sept. 1, 1896, and seeking an exchange of shares;

Letter to bond and stock holders of the Atlantic-Pacific Railway Tunnel Co., dated Sept. 21, 1896, including text of a message from O.L. Snyder castigating circulars from B.F. George and A.S. Whitaker dated Aug. 10, 1896, and Aug. 26, 1896; reporting on a Sept. 17, 1896, meeting of Eastern bond and stock holders; and a brief message over the name Emma I. Pomeroy, widow of Mark M. Pomeroy, apologizing for not previously cooperating with O.L. Snyder;

Illustration, caricature of "Elder" Reynolds;

Propaganda item styled to appear similar to a bank note, printed on both sides, with text and images criticizing the U.S. Treasury's issuance of paper money.
