Materials are arranged alphabetically by type: correspondence, financial materials, miscellaneous materials, and finally photographs. Financial materials include a log of expenses and invoices from the architectural firm and the general contractor. Photographs are all exterior and include contruction as well as the landscaped completed residence. Also a few photographs of the neighborhood are included here.

Biographical Note
John G. Felton, Sr. (1885-1958) founded the La Crosse Community Concert Association in 1932, and he served as president of the organization through 1952.
