Abstract
Percival R. Emmert, before owning his own accounting firm called Emmert Tax and Accounting Service, was division chief of the U.S. Revenue Office in La Crosse, Wis.
The collection includes a scattering of audits performed by the Emmert Tax and Accounting Service of La Crosse, Wisconsin, from 1922-1928, and 1934. Most of the audits are for the City of La Crosse government and schools.
