Abstract

The City of La Crosse Planning Department materials related to the Hood, Hamilton, Powell Park Neighborhood Plan, 1997-1998 contain correspondence, newspaper articles, marketing materials, and meeting agendas and notes relating to the City of La Crosse and the community's effort to revitalize the Hood, Hamilton, and Powell Park neighborhood in La Crosse, Wisconsin. This plan was adopted by the La Crosse Common Council on July 9, 1998.
