Booklet of correspondence of Mark R. and Louisette Sutton titled "Dedicated to the memory of Lt. Col. Mark R. Sutton," compiled by Harry and Olive Sutton Demko Collier
This booklet is a compilation of unpublished material and correspondence between Mark R. Sutton and his wife Louisette Sutton sent to his parents while stationed in Germany, 1970-1973. Lt. Col. Sutton was an optometrist serving in the Medical Unit, and his wife was active in the Nuernberg Officers' Wives Club and other groups. there is very little in the way of personal correspondence in this collection of material compiled by Harry and Olive Sutton Demko Collier.
Daniel Reed Wheeler Letter
Photocopy of a military letter written in 1837 by Daniel Reed Wheeler to his brother and a typescript of that letter. Daniel Reed Wheeler was a former La Crosse, Wisconsin judge who died in 1857, and is buried in Oak Grove cemetery.
